My friend Bobbi, a.k.a. Lady Majyk, and I have a group site where we
have been working for nearly a year to help ourselves and others loose
weight and improve our over all health. We've put together quite a
collection of tried and true techniques and information to help anyone
find what they need to help themselves.

So far this year I've lost 50 pounds myself and kept it off.
It's been a wonderful support group and I don't think I could have
done it without the help I've received from there.
